About our products
Kanso Kraft sells handmade decorative pieces made from materials such as plaster of paris, white cement, soy wax, and other non-harmful craft materials. Products are intended for indoor decorative use only.
Because our products are handmade, small variations in color, texture, finish, bubbles, edges, and detailing may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Product care and use
Our products are fragile and must be handled with care. They may break, chip, crack, stain, or lose finish if dropped, mishandled, exposed to water, exposed to excess moisture, exposed to heat, or cleaned with harsh chemicals.
● Clean gently with a soft dry cloth.
● Keep away from water and damp areas.
● Do not wash or soak the product.
● Do not use chemical cleaners.
● Keep fragile products away from children and pets.
● For candle products, never leave a burning candle unattended.
Orders, pricing, and availability
All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be charged according to the price shown at the time of purchase.
Kanso Kraft may refuse or cancel an order if product stock is unavailable, payment is not received, order details are incorrect, delivery information is incomplete, or suspicious activity is detected.
Website content and intellectual property
All product images, videos, descriptions, designs, logos, brand assets, product names, and written content on the website belong to Kanso Kraft unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, or reuse our content or brand identity without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Kanso Kraft is not responsible for indirect, accidental, personal, or property damage caused by product misuse, incorrect handling, breakage after delivery, water exposure, heat exposure, candle misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
Our maximum liability for any product-related issue will not exceed the amount paid for that specific product.
